At KaKaio we offer full lay down bed treatments, to focus on the whole body experience.
The sensible use of the of a collagen rejuvenation bed will also help supplement vitamin D3 deficiencies, which prevents many serious diseases.
The moment of peace and relaxation that we take using the collagen bed also has a significant impact on mental health.
By sending soothing energy deep into the tissue, LED works on a cellular level to combat active acne, reduce redness and rosacea, stimulate collagen production, induce faster healing and more Improves blood circulation, lower pressure and dilate blood vessels.
How does this work?
The cells in the dermis layer of skin will convert that light energy into ATP (adenosine triphosphate), which is the fuel that the cell uses to do its job. The fibroblast cells in the dermis layer have the job of producing collagen (which gives the skin fullness or that plumped look) and elastin (which gives the skin the ability to bounce back).
At around the age of 30 this process in the body begins to slow down and thus fine lines and wrinkles start to become noticeable. The stimulated fibroblasts cells produce collagen and elastin. It is like rewinding back to being 25 years old again. Red Light is also thought to reduce inflammation while improving circulation, which can give you a healthier glow.
The terms red light therapy and collagen therapy are interchangeable and mean the same thing. Red light has a wavelength of 600-760 nm nanometres. The nanometres is a unit of distance in the metric scale and is abbreviated as nm. One nanometres (nm) equals one thousand millionths of a meter (m) or 1 nm = 10-9 m
Red light therapy is a natural and safe way to boost energy, speed up healing, lower inflammation, increase circulation and improve skin health, among many other benefits.
We want to encourage the body to heal itself on a deeper level.
By using Hapro Collagen bulbs we combine skin care and soft UV rays at the same time. The red light stimulates the production of collagen and elastin, boosting the elasticity and flexibility of the skin and making the skin stronger. The skin bronzing process is accelerated because the red light enters deep into the skin. This stimulates the blood circulation leading to glowing results without needing a higher dose of UV light. The full benefit of the collagen /red light therapy starts at 20 mins, and the lamps have been designed at a 1% so that at 20 mins you get the full benefits of the red light therapy and the bronzing function.

Get Your Skin And Body Ready
Exfoliating and cleaning are the most important details, clearing away any dead skin cells, oil, dirt, or anything else clogging your pores. This takes away any barriers between the light and your skin, so the light can penetrate deeper and also reach the muscle tissues. Start exfoliating your face and body on a weekly basis and on the day of your treatment.
The Day of Your Treatment
Your skin needs to be at its purest state for the red light to be able to penetrate it properly. As well as the exfoliation part of the preparation, you should also make sure your skin is free of any other products. This includes makeup, lotions, perfumes, or anything else you normally use as part of your daily routine since these can reduce the red light’s effectiveness. Other products, like AHAs or retinol, react badly with the light, causing irritation. Even if these are prescribed to you, don’t apply them until after your therapy session is over.
Your time
Relax, enjoy the time connecting with yourself and let yourself connect with your body absorbing those beautiful wavelengths and feel the healing.
You can do your Red light therapy sessions anytime of the day.
